Xxxcm Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Rules

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between xxxcm ("we", "Platform") and any individual ("user", "you") who accesses, registers for, or uses the services available on the xxxcm website, including all integrated applications and services.

By accessing the xxxcm platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this document without exception. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must stop using our platform immediately.

Xxxcm reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform with an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

To use xxxcm services in full, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details you provide during registration — including your full name, email address, date of birth, and phone number — must reflect your true identity.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently subject to a self-exclusion or play ban from any platform.
• Providing accurate and verifiable identity information.
• Maintaining one active account — holding more than one account per individual is not permitted.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Xxxcm implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with industry standards. Users must complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal or when requested by the xxxcm team. Accepted documents include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's license. xxxcm reserves the right to request additional documents or update verification at any time as required for compliance.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs within your account. Contact the xxxcm support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. xxxcm will never ask for your password or OTP code through any communication channel.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Xxxcm provides a variety of financial transaction methods tailored to the needs of players in Indonesia. All transactions are processed through a secure system with multi-layer encryption.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits to your xxxcm account can be made via local bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, CIMB Niaga), e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay), and QRIS. Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

• Minimum deposit: Rp20,000 (may vary depending on the method).
• Processing time: 1–15 minutes depending on the method chosen.
• All deposits must originate from legitimate and legal sources of funds.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the xxxcm account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp50,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Processing time: 5–60 minutes for most methods.
• Xxxcm reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Xxxcm offers a wide range of bonus and promotion programs designed to deliver real value to players. However, each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be understood before claiming.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are valid only for verified and active accounts.
• One account may only claim one type of bonus at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Xxxcm reserves the right to cancel bonuses if any indication of abuse or fraud is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

4.2 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using arbitrage betting strategies specifically aimed at draining bonuses, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotions — will result in bonus cancellation, account closure, and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

5 Game Rules

All games available on xxxcm operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies, or in the case of live casino, are managed by real dealers via live streams from licensed studios. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the software or the independently operating dealer.

5.1 Player Responsibilities

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Player-side internet connection issues do not constitute grounds for cancelling a bet that has already been placed.
• Players must play in a sound state of mind and must not play under the influence of alcohol or any substance that impairs decision-making.

6 Platform Prohibitions and Abuse

Responsible use of the xxxcm platform is an absolute requirement. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and permanent account closure:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Threatening, defaming, or harassing xxxcm staff or other users.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Xxxcm reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account in the following situations:

• Violation of the terms set out in this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity indicating fraud or money laundering.
• Account closure requested by the user themselves (including self-exclusion options).
• Decisions made by xxxcm on security or regulatory compliance grounds.

In the event of account closure due to a violation, xxxcm reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Funds unrelated to the violation will be returned once the investigation is complete.

8 User Privacy and Data Protection

Xxxcm is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all users' personal data. Data collected is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Internet connection disruptions on the user's end.

• Loss of account access due to the user's failure to keep login credentials secure.

10 Changes to Terms and Conditions
